Michele was very informative and professional and the experience was pleasant. I was nervous when we first talked because I was preparing myself to have my eyebrows & eyeliner done, but she suggested I start with just eyeliner to see if that 'did the trick' to make my eyes stand out the way I wanted them to, but then add the eyebrows later if the liner wasn't enough for me. From that point on I trusted her because she was giving me the best advice and not trying to talk me into having more done than necessary. The procedure didn't hurt and the recovery was only slightly inconvenient since I could not wear my contact lenses for a few days. I also appreciated her follow-up after the procedure. I have and will continue to recommend Michele at All About Pretty to anyone thinking of or considering permanent makeup.

I love my new ready-to-go look. Both my eyebrows and eyeliner look great – Michele shaped my eyebrows for a more open-eye look. As an athlete and business owner, I'm very busy. I can now jump from early morning tennis to early morning meetings without fooling around with eyeliner and eyebrow pencil. I was never good at eyeliner and eyebrow pencils anyway! My experience with permanent makeup was a pleasure due to Michele's skill. Due to metal allergies Michele selected organic pigments - which due to their tendency to fade back, required more treatments than normal. Michele assured me she would include these in the initial fee until we were both satisfied with the results. She more than lived up to her promise. I am impressed not only with Michele's business integrity, but also with her artistic skill. Bottom line - she's terrific. I'm truly thrilled with the results.
